The Salthill Hotel has signed a two-year sponsorship deal with Galway Racecourse to sponsor the eighth race on Saturday 3rd August at the famous Galway Races.
Race week is regarded as one of the highlights of the Summer Season in Ireland, and in Galway and for Galway people across Ireland and around the world it is the equivalent of Christmas.
It delivers great racing, entertainment, fashion, reunions with friends and family and an electric fun atmosphere that continues to draw people from all over the world.

You have to hand it to the team at the racecourse for gathering the different stakeholders that benefit from sports tourism around the flag.
The Salthill Hotel is one of seven hotels in and around the city that are sponsoring races at the Festival. With an estimated 150,000 visitors to the racecourse during the week, all intent on having a good time, hospitality is always going to be to the fore.
