Virgin Media Television has announced live coverage of two key fixtures in the race for the SSE Airtricity League of Ireland Men’s Premier Division in the coming weeks.
Current leaders Shelbourne will host Waterford on Friday, 18th October, live on Virgin Media Three and Virgin Media Play from 7:30 pm. Damien Duff’s charges will search for a much-needed victory to breathe fire into their title charge.
On Sunday, October 27th, Dundalk will host reigning champions Shamrock Rovers live on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Play from 5:30 p.m. The Hoops are looking to finish the season strong to retain the title.
These will be the 12th and 13th LOI games live on Virgin Media Television in 2024 after the broadcaster announced at the start of the year that it was doubling its number of live games to 14 for the season.
Derry City will play Shelbourne on the last night of the season, a game that could very well determine the winner from the six teams still capable of lifting the trophy.
