Areas to be covered will include performance measurement as well as visualisation of the data gathered and how sport can be used as a ‘translation tool’ to expand the reach of data knowledge and understanding.
The Baseball World Series began at Fenway Park in Boston during the night with the Boston red Sox winning game one by a comfortable 8-1 margin. Visualisation and social media aggregation were bound to feature among fans of the sport as they do across US sport in general to a high degree.
