As part of Sport for Business’s long standing relationship with the Aer Lingus College Football Classic we have a small number of exclusive invitations to a very special event coming up in Dublin on Wednesday, 18th June.

Kevin White is considered the “Godfather” of US college athletics administrators, with over 30 of his protégés going on to become powerful athletic directors and conference commissioners dominating college athletics across the US.

He is in Dublin and will be speaking at a very special event in the Oak Room at the Mansion House where he will be talking about his just published biography, The Good Sport.’

It is a tale spanning a 50-year career in athletics and higher education, during which he served as athletic director at six universities, including Notre Dame, Duke, Arizona State, Tulane, and Maine.

He also was a long-time board member of the US Olympic Committee, and a key driver of the Notre Dame – Navy football game from 2012 that was played in Dublin.

Kevin’s vision for that game is what eventually led to the annual Aer Lingus College Football Classic series. The rest is history.

If you have an interest in attending this intimate event, let me know in the form below and we will advise those who have been successful by Wednesday 11th June.

If you are involved in College sport this really will be a glimpse of how good it can be.
