The number of teams entered had almost doubled this year and included new entrants from PwC, led by Women’s Gaelic Players Chair Maria Kinsella, and Glanbia.
A total of 23 teams took part across two competitions
The former put it up to AIB in a hard-fought final but the experience of playing together over a number of years stood to the champions in the end.
Below is a video round up of the day with an interview with Sinéad Deegan of AIB on what the tournament has meant to her and the team.
“We are already looking forward to a rematch next year,” said Kinsella.
This is definitely a tournament that has legs to grow substantially in years to come.
