It was a wonderful night for partners of Sport for Business last night at the Marketing Institute of Ireland All Ireland Marketing Awards.

Sky Ireland won the Sports Sponsorship Award for its partnership with the FAI. A campaign that was conceived by Core under the banner of ‘Outbelieve’ has now been extended from the Women’s team and their first ever World Cup to the Men’s under the refreshed tagline of ‘Belief Doubled.

Allianz Ireland won the Integrated Marketing and the Customer Experience Awards, and had Katie Bradley nominated for the Young Marketer of the Year Award.

PTSB won the Brand Campaign Award for its campaign featuring the Olympic Federation of Ireland partnership.

AIG won the Strategic Pricing Award.

Laya Healthcare was another to land a double with the highly sought after Marketing Team of the Year and the B2B Marketing Awards both heading to Cork HQ.

Irish Life won the Insights and Market Research Award while Irish Life Health won the New Product Development Award, something we will be hearing more about in the coming weeks on Sport for Business.

Electric Ireland won the Gradam Margaíochta le Gaeilge prize and it’s Sarah Fitzgerald won the Young Marketer Prize.

Other winners on the night included Johnson Hana, WaterWipes, SuperValu, Beyond the Trees Avondale, The Department of Justice, An Post, Currys Ireland, O’Brien Fine Foods and Promise Gluten Free who bagged the prestigious Grand Prix awards.

It was a great night, be gentle on any of your marketing teams this morning after what may have become a late one and we look forward to hearing more from the winners at next Thursday’s ESA Dublin event at the Odeon Point Cinema.
