The GAA will announce today that Bord Gáis Energy is to be the third headline sponsor of the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship.
The energy provider has an existing relationship through sponsorship of the Bord Gáis Energy U21 Hurling Championship which is expected to continue.
They will join Centra and Littlewoods as the main sponsors of the Championship with eir, Supervalu and AIB holding the same rights to the Football Championship.
Sport for Business will be live at the launch at Croke park later today and will carry all the details of the new deal in tomorrow morning’s Daily Digest.
Bord Gáis Energy, Littlewoods, eir and AIB will all be attending tomorrow morning’s sold out Sport for Business Sporting Year Ahead event at CHQ Vaults where the GAA’s Diarmaid Murphy will be one of the speakers looking ahead to the key sporting and sponsorship issues over the next twelve months.
