BoyleSports have signed a new sponsorship deal to become back of the shirts sponsors of Women’s Super League side Birmingham City.
The new agreement bolsters the principal partner deal with the club which sees the BoyleSports logo adorn the front of the men’s team playing kit and replica shirts.
Last week they signed Irish internationals Eleanor Ryan-Doyle from Peamount United and Emily Whelan from Shelbourne on one-year contracts. Ryan-Doyle is the season top scorer in the SSE Airtricity Women’s National League, about which exciting news is expected in the coming weeks.
Both players made their debuts from the bench in Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to Tottenham, alongside fellow Irish international Louise Quinn.
“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Birmingham City to include the women’s team as we continue our expansion in the UK,” said Boylesports CEO Mark Kemp. The company now owns 340 betting offices across Ireland and Britain and employs 2,500 people.
“We are very pleased to support the growing stature of the women’s game at the top of the football agenda and recognise the fantastic work the team does to inspire growth and participation in the sport.
“We are proud to support their ambitions and look forward to an exciting future for both BoyleSports and the Birmingham City Women’s team.”
“A powerful and influential network of information and collaboration”
