The roar of the engines is an evocative signal that you are not only at a sporting event but that it will thrill every one of your senses.
Belfast is to host one of the world’s noisiest events when the Red Bull Car Park Drift will hit the iconic Titanic Quarter on Sunday, 21st November.
Featuring 30 top amateur drifters this will be the first of the 2022 series qualifiers, with a limited number of Final Day tickets available to purchase at RedBull.ie/CarParkDrift.
Drivers will tackle an obstacle defined car park track, custom-built on the banks of the River Lagan, overlooked by the spectacular Titanic Belfast Experience and the original Harland & Wolff shipyard.
The spectacle will also include a special appearance and display from Ireland’s top drift racer, Red Bull Athlete Conor Shanahan.
Consisting of a knock out format, competitors will vie for the highest score to qualify to the next round, split into Heat 1, Top 8 and Final 4. Drifters performances are judged over a total of 400 points by four expert judges.
The event will take place as dusk settles on what will be a spectacular setting between 5 PM and 8 PM.
