We are doubling down this morning on the story of Cork City designing and manufacturing their own kit and replica kit for 2025

Taking something of a leaf out of the Bohemians playbook, they are teaming up for their away kit with Cork bank The Frank and Walters.

The orange shirt, which pays homage to the band’s iconic stage outfits, was unveiled at the club’s 40th anniversary and end-of-season dinner over the weekend. The Franks entertained the gathering by playing some of their most popular hits while wearing the new jersey.

The 2025 away shirt has been designed in Cork and manufactured by Rebel Army Clothing, the club’s new in-house brand. It features the words “After All” on the sleeve cuffs, a nod to one of Leeside’s most-loved songs and one that is often heard ringing out around Turner’s Cross. It also features the name of the band on the back of the shirt.

“The Frank and Walters are one of Cork’s best-loved bands and it’s been really exciting for us to work with them on the new away kit,” said club owner Dermot Usher.

“Having the 2025 jerseys produced by Rebel Army Clothing is a positive venture for the club and also benefits the fans as they can be sold at a lower price than before. We are looking forward to more products produced by our in-house brand over the coming weeks and months.”
