Connacht Rugby has kicked off the new season with the backing of a familiar partner, as Corrib Oil confirmed it will continue as the province’s Official Fuel Partner for the 2025/26 campaign.
The partnership, first agreed in 2020, has become a fixture on Connacht’s jerseys, with the Mayo-based company’s logo featuring prominently on the men’s kits across the URC and Champions Cup, and more recently on the women’s kit during the IRFU Interprovincial Championship.
The latest renewal was marked at the launch of Connacht’s season at the High-Performance Centre in Dexcom Stadium, Galway, where Corrib Oil underlined its long-term commitment to supporting rugby in the west of Ireland.
“We are proud to stand alongside Connacht Rugby once again as they begin another exciting season,” said Philip Monks, Corrib Oil Chief Marketing Officer, at the launch.
“This partnership reflects our shared values of community, energy, and resilience, and we’re delighted to continue backing the team on and off the field.”
Connacht Rugby Commercial Manager Philip Patterson welcomed the continued support, describing Corrib Oil as “an outstanding partner whose presence is felt not just in the stadium but in communities right across the province.”
