Cobh Ramblers FC from the SSE Airtricity First Division has kicked off a new sponsorship with Belvelly Castle of Cobh.

As part of the agreement, Belvelly Castle will be located on the club’s home & away jersey for the forthcoming season. In addition, club charity partners Breaking the Silence will be located on the front of the club’s 3rd strip jersey.

They are a leading Voluntary Group on driving Suicide awareness and provide free training programmes across Cork City and County in the areas of Suicide Intervention and Prevention.

The charity provides both SafeTALK and ASIST Training Programmes, both of which are the world standard in this area.

As part of the agreement, the club will make a €5 donation from all our 3rd strip jersey sales to the charity for the forthcoming year.

While the ‘Reveal’ video has become a major piece of work across European football, it does not need to be a Hollywood blockbuster.

Staying local, adding in a narrative and a bit of humour can be just as effective.

So well done to Cobh Ramblers whose launch video was shot in conjunction with Great Island Media
