Coca Cola has launched it’s activation campaign around the Rugby World Cup and is putting Coke Zero to the fore from its collection of red, green, silver and black brands. It’s the first time a no sugar brand has been given the lead role in a sporting context.
The campaign will give away up to one million Coca Cola branded replica Gilbert Rugby Balls and the premise is that in order to win a Rugby World Cup, you have to start with a ball. The two most recent England teams to do just that are featured in today’s Daily video with Jason Richardson and Natasha Hunt leading the way to a nation on the march.
Until that is of course until they come up against Ireland…
