Fergus McFadden was in action in Paris on Saturday and is the latest of Ireland’s rugby stars to land an endorsement deal with a major brand.
Visa Ireland have been promoting the contactless card terminals they have in various outlets around Dublin and McFadden shot this video in recent weeks highlighting places where he goes at which payment is easy up to a limit of €30.
The establishments include the Bridge 1859 Bar in Ballsbridge owned by Leinster and Ireland team mates Sean O’Brien, Jamie Heaslip and Rob and Dave Kearney.
McFadden is normally not one to avoid contact so that makes the video stick in the mind a little longer for rugby fans. Over the past week the video has been viewed almost 80,000 times through Facebook.
