The Dublin Racing Festival takes place at Leopardstown this weekend and will be broadcast not only on RTÉ here in Ireland but also across the Irish Sea on ITV, bringing it to a wider audience than ever before.
There will be no crowds allowed into the grounds of the South Dublin venue but the quality of the racing is exceptional and the line up of sponsors equally so.
Paddy Power step up in the second year of their sponsorship of the feature Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup on Sunday with a raft of Ireland’s finest chasers lined up to compete.
Chanelle Pharma are first time sponsors of the Irish Champion Hurdle on Saturday.
In total there are eight Grade One races up for grabs over the two days and over €2.1 million in prize money to be raced for.
Others to take part in sponsorship include William Fry, Ladbrokes, Matheson, Goffs, Tattersalls, Nathaniel Lacy and Partners, Flogas and Gaelic Plant Hire.
Leopardstown has also partnered with Taste of Dublin to provide a Tasting menu of Dublin’s most famous recipes and a selection of craft beers that will be delivered to your door in time for the afternoon of racing.
