Sport for Business is a strong community of many different organisations.  As a community we are looking for ways to create business opportunities for members. We are pleased to announce one such opportunity for an event management company today.
On Thursday, May 23rd we will host a major conference on Women’s Sport at the UCD Smurfit Business School in Blackrock.  Registration of interest for places among the 150 audience has already begun.  Those places will first go to members of Sport for Business as part of their membership.  A number of places will also be reserved for guests with tickets to go on sale next month.
The conference will present a range of panel discussions, workshops and the launch of initiatives that will seek to place Women’s Sport in a better overall place from the point of view of commercial partnerships.  You can read more about the event from the link below.
We are now inviting requests to participate in a tender for the management and promotion of the event.
Companies with a capacity and experience of managing similar events are asked in the first instance to make contact with Rob Hartnett at Sport for Business on or before Thursday March 21st.  The contract will be awarded to the company with the most competitive tender from among those who are fully subscribed members of Sport for Business on or before March 31st.
