This month’s Sport for Business Members Round Table takes place in Dublin this morning and will focus on the world of eSports.
We are joined from London by Jonny Madill of Sheridans who has been one of the leading advisers to the sector over the past number of years.
During that time the number of companies involved, the number of players and the number of broadcast hours have accelerated wildly.
Today we have a chance with a group of our members to take time and look in detail at what that means for us as sponsors, media, agencies, venues and sporting organisations.
We will also hear a sense of where eSports is from a domestic perspective from Colm O’Mealóid of Sportego, another Irish company that have been to the fore in the development of eSports teams, tournaments and awareness.
It is as ever a strong group that will gather.
