53Six have been appointed as the FAI’s retained creative and media agency for 2024.

The work will include the agency supporting the FAI across creative, strategy, media and data development. The scope will range from senior international fixtures to grassroots football and cover the breadth of Irish football.

“We are very pleased to be working with 53Six in 2024 and building on the body of work we have completed together over the last two years,” said Louise Cassidy, Director of Marketing and Communications at the FAI.

“2024 will be a significant year for the Football Association of Ireland on the pitch, with key qualifying campaigns and competitive tournaments. This is in addition to plans at a grassroots and League of Ireland level, which will build on the significant progress to date.”

“Off the pitch, we will continue our digital transformation journey and retain our focus on executing against the four-year strategic plan we have outlined.”

“53Six’s focus on sport, as well as their spread of services across creative, content, strategy and media makes them an excellent fit as a partner for the FAI.”

“We are all delighted to be partnering with the FAI once again for the upcoming calendar year,” added Tom Fox, co-founder at 53Six.

“We are very proud of our work together to date, across all aspects of Irish football.”

“It is a time of true innovation in Irish football and it is a pleasure to play a small part on that voyage.”

“The FAI’s core purpose of enriching the lives of all through positive football experiences rings through now more than ever.”

“With a qualifying campaign and a host of strategic campaigns, at all levels of Irish football in 2024, it promises to be a year to remember. We are incredibly excited to be a part of it.”

53six is headquartered in Dublin with a London office as well. It works with an array of clubs, federations and brands including Leinster and Munster Rugby, who are looking to create meaningful connections with fans.
