The 2024 Sport for Business Children and Sport Report, in partnership with Allianz and Sport Ireland will be published on Thursday, May 23rd.

Today we are pleased to reveal the first eight of the 24 programmes and initiatives we will feature in this special report

  • Young Athletes programme from Special Olympics Ireland

We will identify the next eight programmes to feature next week.

As a new event for 2024 Sport for Business will host a special conference on this subject of Children and Sport.

This event will now be held in September and we will be contacting those who had booked for the original date later today.

We will cover campaigns and initiatives at primary and post-primary levels and we will be speaking not only to those who are planning and executing projects but also to the children who should be central to what is being decided on their behalf.

We will be bringing together leaders from sport, business and education to explore some of the activities that are enabling children to become more active and learn a greater enjoyment of sport, and to explore ways in which we might do things even better.

We will highlight campaigns that have brought together the power of sport and of business to lead the way.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Allianz Ireland and Sport Ireland to make this an event that will set the agenda for how we can create best-in-class partnerships that lead to best-in-class outcomes for current and future generations.

This will be an event that is of interest to those involved in sport, sponsorship, education, and creating a better society.

It promises to be one of our bigger events of the year and one that can have a real impact.

All tickets booked for the original date will still be valid though we will also be offering the opportunity of a full refund.

We will be putting tickets on sale for all our Autumn events shortly.
