The Guinness Six Nations is launching this morning in virtual fashion from locations across the different countries.

Andy Farrell and Jonathon Sexton are in Dublin and meeting with media to discuss the squad, the hopes for the tournament and more.

CEO Ben Morel opened up the proceedings welcoming the players and the fans back to what will be full stadia after the quiet zone of the tournament in 2021.

We will have all the details of what has been said, more of the commentary from the Irish squad and news of a new commercial partner for the tournament in our PM bulletin later today.

Sport for Business Perspective

The launch is being held online as we come out of the Covid enforced lockdowns. It is likely an option that will continue for quite a bit to come. Less travel for teams and media and probably 90 per cent of the information you’d be able to get face to face in a crowded environment, but lacking in the ‘buzz’ that always accompanies these big launches. Welcome to the future.
