That was a tough day for Irish Rugby with heavy defeats for both the Men’s and Women’s teams against England.
Virgin Media will still have drawn one of the biggest TV audiences of the year but how many might have made it through to the end might be questionable.
There were alternative ways of keeping up with the action too and take a look at the number of those who have viewed Guinness’ social media activity featuring Clodagh McKenna and Will Greenwood.


This is an impressive campaign that has been running throughout the Guinness Six Nations
The matchday activity was split between ‘watching’ the game live with McKenna and Greenwood or with Vogue Williams and Jodie Kidd who had hosted a special night of food and fun for competition winners in the South of England.
The Guinness team had also been active in promoting its ‘Guinness Clear’ campaign for responsible drinking by sending out an amusing Home Brew Kit to influencers ahead of the game.
