The Best Sports Sponsorship went to British Gas for their sponsorship of British Swimming. The company’s Head of Partnerships Matthew Leopold is one of the keynote speakers at the Irish Sponsorship Summit at Croke Park on February 25th, early bird tickets for which close today.
This is the third year in the last four that the GAA has been involved in one of the major awards of the year.

The awards took place last night at London’s uber glamorous Café de Paris on Piccadilly, and there was a strong Irish presence among those brands and campaigns shortlisted.
Electric Ireland now joins An Post, the GAA and Liberty Insurance among those having walked away with major gongs in recent years.
These were the Irish campaigns brands shortlisted in their respective categories.
