She captured the imagination of the nation when she became the first blind athlete to complete seven marathons on seven continents in seven days but for Sinead Kane, that was nearly a month ago now.
With media engagements and charity appearances complete the Allianz sponsored heroine does not know how to stop though and this weekend she will be in Helsinki running an indoor ultra marathon.

She will have two guide runners with her through the endurance challenge where 140 competitors will run round and round and round a 396 metre indoor track to cover as much distance as they can.
