Kelloggs is the latest brand to recognise the importance of grass roots sport through running a competition that will enable one club rugby team the chance to win professional coaching from the IRFU and Irish international Rob Kearney.
Kellogg’s, the official cereal and snack provider to the IRFU, and the competition is open to all clubs affiliated to the Union. The winning team will also receive €3,000 worth of training equipment and one lucky child from the team will lead the Irish team onto the pitch for the Ireland V Argentina match at the Aviva Stadium on November 24th.
To be in with a chance of winning, teams are invited to tell Kellogg’s in 500 words or less why their team deserves a visit from these leaders in Irish rugby.  Entries can be made on or offline to rugbyclinic@kellog.com
“The chance to train with and receive advice from these professionals in Irish rugby would be an amazing opportunity for any of the rugby teams that train diligently each week around the country,” said Aideen Murphy of Kelloggs.
“This is a wonderful initiative for the community game. The IRFU is delighted that Kellogg’s, as such a valued and committed partner, are supporting Irish rugby with this great prize,“ added Padraig Power, IRFU Commercial and Marketing Director.
