The League of Ireland season is almost upon us, with the buzz of anticipation growing louder for the opening rounds of matches in the SSE Airtricity Men’s and Women’s Premier Divisions and the SSE Airtricity Men’s First Division.

Tomorrow morning,  Wednesday, February 4th, Sport for Business, in partnership once more with Grant Thornton and a group of League of Ireland supporters from across the Financial Services sector, will host a special breakfast session at the offices of Grant Thornton on City Quay to talk to leaders from within and around the League about the season about to kick off.

Tomás Quinn, CEO of Shelbourne FC, will be one of our guest speakers for this event, reflecting on a season in Europe and previewing what the 2024 Champions will face.  He will be joined on stage with Rob Hartnett of Sport for Business by former Cork City Manager Tim Clancy and Virgin Media Head of News and Sport Mick McCaffrey.
