Leinster fans celebrate a penalty 19/4/2015

Leinster Rugby has announced breaking through 10,000 Season Ticket sales for the 2015/16 season.

The Season Ticket guarantees entry to 11 home Guinness PRO12 games and three home European Champions’ Cup pool games at the RDS Arena or the Aviva Stadium.

Season Ticket holders also get priority access to tickets for knock-out games such as this season’s Champions Cup quarter-final against Bath in the Aviva Stadium and the semi-final against Toulon in Marseille.

Johnny Sexton and Isa Nacewa will be returning to the province next season giving a boost to advance sales, while plans for the redevelopment of the RDS Arena are also taking shape and scheduled to be completed over the next two seasons.

The public sale of tickets opened up on March 26th following a two week exclusive period for existing ticket holders to renew.

The success to date of the sales will give a good platform for the new Marketing Manager who Leinster are looking to appoint and for which position applications close this Friday, May 22nd.

The role will demand a strong understanding of digital and social media as well as experience in managing agencies and in-depth experience of planning and executing campaigns across multi-media platforms.

The key metric against which the candidate will be judged will be driving match ticket sales and enhancing fan engagement.
