The 2020 Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby Summer Camps kicked off yesterday with camps taking place in four locations across the province.

Energia Park in Dublin, Kilkenny RFC, Longford RFC and Westmanstown RFC to the west of Dublin are all hosting camps throughout the first week.

The beginning of the Summer Camps marks another step in the Return To Rugby with 21 more camps taking place around Leinster over the coming weeks.

Limited places remain in some of the Summer Camps but with reduced numbers, due to social distancing measures and health protocols, it is just good to have them back in any form.

“We are thrilled to be bringing the Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby Summer Camps to our clubs again,” said Summer Camps manager Ray McCabe.

“The last few months have been hugely challenging for everyone and there has been a lot of uncertainty but it was important that we took the time to map out exactly what our camp offering would look like and what we could offer in a safe environment.”
