Today will see the return, in limited circumstances, of sport in Ireland for the first time in over two months.

Golf courses, tennis courts, equestrian centres, athletics clubs and rowing centres will be unlocking their gates and welcoming members back.

The nation will watch on the news tonight as players take the first tentative steps back onto the field of play and there will be valuable lessons learned in terms of how plans on paper translate into behaviour in reality.

They will be lessons that will apply to all of us in sport and in business and we are pleased this morning to confirm that the five CEOs of the sports in question, subject to calendar demands, will be joining us for a special live session this Thursday morning between 11 AM and 12 Noon.

We are looking forward to giving the members of our Sport for Business community the opportunity to hear first hand how the reopening has gone and ask questions that are relevant to your circumstances.

Registration is essential as the virtual room will be limited in number and places can be reserved at this link below.

We will update throughout the week on how the transition back to sporting activity is going and look forward to seeing you at this session.
