Double Irish Paralympian and World Champion, Eve McCrystal and British Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes are among the speakers at the ‘Menopause in Motion, Running for a Balanced Life’ conference this Saturday, 20 April at the Marino Institute of Education, Dublin 9.

In conversation with MC Anna Nolan, Eve will discuss her career, how her training has evolved, with guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle throughout perimenopause and menopause.

Dame Kelly Holmes will join virtually to give insight into her own career and how she trains as a retired athlete.

Irish runner and Olympic athlete Kerry O’Flaherty will also join in a fireside chat with Anna Nolan. Kerry competed in the 2016 Olympic Games.

The conference boasts a strong line up of expert keynote speakers including Dr Breffni Anglim O’Regan, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist in The Coombe Hospital; Dr Aoife Quinn, Sport Psychologist; Rachel Graham, Nutritionist and Author and Irene Clark, Sports Educator and Menopause Coach.
