It has been confirmed that Minister of State for Sport and Physical Education Thomas Byrne will officially open the One-Zero Conference taking place at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday.
This promises to be a deep learning experience for anyone with an eye on the future of sport. It is the kind of event, with a stellar lineup of speakers that you would normally have to travel to New York, London or Melbourne to experience but it is happening here in Ireland.
There are four key themes that will be explored – sponsorship, Media, Gaming, and Web 3.0.
The speakers that are flying in to share their experience, knowledge, ambition and more include leaders from Manchester United, Livescore, Tottenham Hotspur, Puma, the PGA of America, ESPN, Twitter, StatSports, World Snooker, Only Fans and the NBA.
This is the Business of Sport at the very highest level and it is happening right here in Ireland.
There will be networking opportunities, technology showcases, keynote addresses and opportunities to meet face-to-face with the people who are shaping the future of sport.
Rob Hartnett of Sport for Business will be the MC for the opening session at the offices of William Fry on Wednesday evening and for the main day at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday, March 30th.
The action will then roll on to Limerick on Friday.
Check out the advance content we have been creating with some of the keynote speakers over the last few days right here.
