Sim 4 Stem is a programme designed by Irish Olympian Nicci Daly and her business partner Stefy Bau. It was run as a programme supported by Dublin City Council to great effect and now it has been adopted by the Girl Scouts of America in Indiana.
The Indiana Chapter alone has 17,000 Girl Scouts who will have the opportunity to earn a Sim 4 Stem badge and open up the worlds of education, engineering and science for young girls.
The programme is a real winner and it is great to see it expanding internationally.
The beauty of hosting the programme in Indianapolis is the access that the teams get to the Raceway in the city that is home to the Indy 500.
Check out the report that went out on NBC Nightly News Kids Edition last week all about Nicci and the programme.
The Sport for Business Membership comprises nearly 300 organisations, including all the leading sports and sponsors, as well as commercial and state agencies.
