The target for Irish medals at the European  Para Athletics Championships in Berlin this week was six but two days in five have already been secured, four of them gold and with the promise of more to come.

Noelle Lenihan, pictured above with coach Dave Sweeney, raised the tricolour yesterday, breaking her own World Discus record twice into the bargain.

The Paralympics Ireland team is on the ground and sharing content as they were in Dublin last week. Here is Lenihan captured just after her win.

Orla Comerford added Bronze in her sprint event afterward and Jason Smyth bids for his 18th Major Championship win in the 100 metres today.

You can follow all the action live streamed on the International Paralympics website but with RTÉ Sport and others leading sports bulletins with the achievements of the Irish team you will get to hear about the successes.
