Ireland and Leinster rugby captain Johnny Sexton and children from Skerries Educate Together National School, Co. Dublin took part in a Question and Answer session last week.

Sexton is a Laya Super Troopers ambassador and visited students to celebrate their participation in the healthy homework programme, to participate in some of the fun activities and to chat with the kids, promoting a healthier lifestyle for all the family.

We learn who his best friend is, what he does if it’s raining outside and how even in a staring contest his competitive juices flow as fast as they do on the pitch.

The Super Troopers TV series is new to the programme this year and features Anna Geary and Karl Henry alongside Sexton and other well-known personalities, sportspeople and health and wellness experts.

It focuses on nutrition, physical activity, and mental wellbeing with each of the 10-minute episodes available on-demand at layasupertroopers.ie.

The Laya Super Troopers programme has benefitted more than one million children since its launch six years ago.
