Áine Kinsella is the assistant coach with the Wexford Senior Man’s Football team competing in the Allianz League and the Leinster Championship. She is a rarity, for now, as a woman in what remains a man’s world but there is evidence throughout our conversation on how that can be changed.
We speak of her route to where she is, the doubts that assailed her along the way, the importance of mentorship and the role models of female coaches that were involved in her playing career.
