It takes a girding of the loins to jump into the icy waters of the Irish Sea or the Wild Atlantic but sure what else would you be doing in December.
Special Olympics Ireland have revived the Polar plunge at seven locations around the country on December 3rd and 10th in a cold bodied way to help a warm hearted appeal for raising money to assist their work with over 9,000 athletes in 385 clubs around the country.
