Future Ticketing has renewed its partnership with the KPMG Women’s Irish Open, reinforcing its role at the heart of one of the most prestigious events on the Ladies European Tour.
The ticketing software provider has been central to the event’s growth since its revival in 2022 at Dromoland Castle by Dublin-based sports and events agency ForeFront Sports.
That debut edition drew more than 20,000 fans, with attendances rising steadily through the 2023 return to Dromoland and the 2024 and 2025 tournaments at Carton House, where numbers reached close to 40,000.
The next chapter begins in 2026 when the tournament moves to The K Club, marking the start of an extended multi-year agreement between Future Ticketing and the organisers.
The event will be held on the Palmer South Course from August 27th to 30th, 2026. Two weeks before the Amgen Irish Open, taking place at Trump Doonbeg, and the Solheim Cup, taking place in the Netherlands.
Future Ticketing’s Client Success Manager Greg Walker said the company was delighted to continue as the ticketing partner. “The KPMG Women’s Irish Open is now well established as a key tournament on the women’s golf calendar, and Future Ticketing is privileged to be associated with it, especially as it moves to The K Club, an acclaimed venue worldwide.”
“The ever-improving multi-functionality of the Future Ticketing platform is a perfect fit for the Women’s Irish Open, and ForeFront Sports has engaged enthusiastically with us as we strive towards the shared goal of optimising the fan experience and ensuring the continued growth of this exciting event.”
Tickets are already on sale, with ForeFront Sports set to enhance the fan offering once again. Insights from Future Ticketing’s data technology — honed over four years of collaboration — will play a key role in easing access and improving services at The K Club’s facilities.
Simon Honan, Director of Operations at ForeFront Sports, said the renewal builds on the success of recent years. “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Future Ticketing as the KPMG Women’s Irish Open goes from strength to strength.”
“Since the tournament’s return in 2022, Future Ticketing’s technology and expertise have played a key role in delivering a first-class experience for fans, and together we have helped grow attendances significantly year on year.”
“As we look ahead to The K Club in 2026, we are confident that this renewed partnership will further enhance the fan journey and ensure the KPMG Women’s Irish Open continues to thrive as one of the most prestigious events on the Ladies European Tour.”
