European Tour Golfer Niall Kearney has signed a new partnership deal with one of Ireland’s most exciting new tech businesses, Wayflyer.
Kearney scored two top 10’s and another three top 25 finishes from only 15 starts on last year’s European Tour (now the DP World Tour), placing him just outside Europe’s Top 100.
Wayflyer was founded in 2019 by Aidan Corbett and Jack Pierse and provides merchants with a range of financing and marketing analytics tools to help them access working capital, improve cash flow and drive sales.
The DP World Tour is a global product that is played across five continents and broadcast to over 650 million households a year.
“It’s fantastic to see a really exciting Irish business like Wayflyer supporting Irish Talent,” said Chris Best of Sport for Business Member Frontier Sports Management who brokered the deal.
“This partnership will allow Niall to focus on performing to the best of his ability on the course. The mutual passion for Golf on both sides of this partnership will allow us to get the most out of it.”
“We have a track record of backing people and businesses on the road to success,” added Jack Pierse. “Niall is a really talented golfer and we are only delighted to support him on his journey. We look forward to working with Niall and being part of his story.”
“It’s fantastic to be in partnership with Wayflyer,” said Kearney.
“They are a really exciting homegrown Irish business and they match my ambition to be successful in the future.”
