Our final, twelfth Christmas gift is one that costs nothing but is of the greatest value, time.
We are fortunate to work in and around the world of sport, to see the sacrifices made in order to have one shot at glory, wherever that might be on a world stage, in your local club or wherever.
We have busy lives, juggling the many demands that come with life in the 21st Century.
The best thing you might do this Christmas though is put away the phone, go for a walk or pay a visit to someone you haven’t seen in too long.
Stop, breathe and be grateful for everything you have.
