Eighteen of Ireland’s leading amateur drift drivers have been confirmed for Red Bull Drift Pursuit 2026, with the competition set to return as part of the Red Bull Drift Masters Ireland weekend at Mondello Park on Saturday, June 13.
The event will once again offer emerging drivers a direct route onto one of the biggest stages in European drifting, with the top four finishers progressing into the Red Bull Drift Masters qualifying session later that afternoon.
Those wildcard spots will give the successful drivers the opportunity to compete against some of the sport’s top professional names, including Red Bull athlete and reigning 2025 Drift Masters champion Conor Shanahan.
Now entering its third year, Red Bull Drift Pursuit has quickly established itself as a showcase for Ireland’s rising drift talent, providing amateur competitors with the chance to move from the national scene onto the international stage.
After taking over Spike Island in 2025, the competition moves to Mondello Park for the first time this year, bringing drivers onto Ireland’s best-known motorsport circuit in front of a global audience.
The 2026 driver line-up includes:
Stephen Halferty (Derry)
Alex Butler (Dublin)
Erikas Navickas (Kildare)
Owen Magner (Cork)
Trevor Healy (Cork)
Jake Davey (Galway)
Jakub Krzyszczak (Waterford)
Peter Molloy (Down)
Dylan Garvey (Kilkenny)
Dean Byrne (Laois)
Daniel Devine (Dublin)
Andrew Molloy (Down)
Jake McIlveen (Down)
Jamie Hynes (Dublin)
Dylan Wilson (Derry)
Jack Mulvihill (Kerry)
Dean Davey (Galway)
Stevan Mooney (Down)
The competition will follow a 1v1 knockout format, with drivers judged on speed, commitment and precision as they battle for progression through the rounds.
In addition to Saturday’s competition, the top eight drivers who narrowly miss out on qualification for the Red Bull Drift Masters Top 32 will return to Red Bull Drift Pursuit on Sunday to compete for additional prizes.
Tickets for Red Bull Drift Masters Ireland, which include limited access to Red Bull Drift Pursuit, are available now through Red Bull Ireland.
