Heineken’s brand new global ad for the Rugby World Cup has been released in the past hour and you can see it below.
It has been developed by the Heineken Ireland team who have been given the lead on managing the Rugby World Cup sponsorship following its success in a similar role throughout the time of the Heineken Cup.
“We are very proud of the TV commercial we developed with Rothco and it will play a massive part in our Rugby World Cup 2015 campaign,” said Heineken Marketing Director Sharon Walsh, named earlier this year as one of the Most Influential Women in Irish Sport.
“Our sponsorship of this year’s tournament will be the single largest investment for the Heineken brand in Ireland this year, and this TV commercial is just one of the many exciting ways we’ll be leveraging our sponsorship in the coming weeks and months.”
“Heineken has been planning for Rugby World Cup 2015 almost since the final whistle blew in Auckland four years ago, and we’re looking forward to bring our campaign to the consumer over the coming months.”
