Horse Sport Ireland today announced that Investec will sponsor the Irish Showjumping Team in this year’s Aga Khan Trophy at the Dublin Horse Show.
This is a repeat of last year’s deal when the financial services specialist became the first ever corporate sponsor of the irish showjumping team and Ireland won the Aga Khan Trophy with rising world star Bertram Allen and Olympic medallist Cian O’Connor.
This year, due to the Olympic Games in August, the Nations Cup of Ireland for the famous Aga Khan trophy will take place on Friday, July 24th.
“We were thrilled that the Investec Irish Showjumping Team emerged triumphant from the Aga Khan Trophy competition in 2015,” said Nigel Poynton of Investec Wealth and Investment.
