Cycling Ireland has announced a new deal with kit supplier Spin11, which will see the Irish company remain the federation’s Official Technical Clothing Supplier until the end of 2028.

This new deal means Irish riders will wear Spin11 kit throughout this current Olympic cycle and in the lead-up to LA 2028.

Initially coming on board in 2013, Spin11 has been Cycling Ireland’s on-bike clothing supplier for all international road, track, mountain bike and BMX events.

Cycling Ireland’s High-Performance Unit and Spin11 have worked closely together to develop garment technology, ensuring riders are fitted out with the best possible equipment while competing at the top level.

“We’ve enjoyed a great partnership with Spin11 in the last Olympic and Paralympic Cycle,” said High Performance Director Iain Dyer.

“We really value the opportunity to continue this for another four years as we look ahead to the LA Games.”

“Work with Spin11 developing and testing various prototypes in the wind tunnel in the last few years has brought genuine performance benefits for many of our riders, and so the opportunity to continue this partnership was an easy decision for us.”

Dyer is pictured above at the Sport Ireland Campus with Spin11 owner Maria Connaughton and rider Aoife O’Brien, fresh off an 8th-place finish in the Elimination event at the UCI Track Nations Cup in Turkey.

“At Spin11, we are immensely proud of our partnership with Cycling Ireland and the Irish National Team and delighted to continue it through to 2028,” said Connaughton.

“The long hours in the wind tunnel and our relentless focus on research and development have paid off.”

“Working closely with our elite riders, we test and refine our aero kit to ensure we’re providing the fastest-performing speedwear available— and the data proves it. Flexibility in service and lead times is key to our approach.”

“While we are honoured to support Ireland’s top athletes on their journey to LA 2028, we remain just as dedicated to delivering the same world-class quality and service to all our customers—whether high-performance racing teams or local leisure groups.”
