All-Ireland champions Cork have underlined their dominance of the 2026 inter-county season by securing 14 of the 36 nominations for this year’s PwC Camogie All-Stars.

Beaten finalists Galway have ten nominations, Kilkenny six and Tipperary four, with Clare and Waterford completing the list with one apiece.

Cork also provide two of the three candidates for the PwC GPA Senior Camogie Player of the Year. Laura Hayes and Sorcha McCartan are shortlisted alongside Galway’s Carrie Dolan.

The All-Star team and Player of the Year winners will be revealed at Croke Park on Saturday, November 21.

The nominations also provide the latest activation point in PwC’s long-term investment in Gaelic Games.

PwC became title sponsor of the Camogie All-Stars in 2022 and in June extended its partnerships with the GAA/GPA and Camogie Association for a further three years.

The package encompasses the PwC All-Stars, PwC Camogie All-Stars, GAA/GPA Player of the Month and GPA Women’s Player of the Month awards.

“The 2026 PwC Camogie All-Star nominations honour the performances and players that made this season so memorable,” said PwC Ireland Managing Partner Enda McDonagh.

“Each nominee has made a powerful contribution to their teams, setting new standards on the pitch and giving supporters across the country so much to celebrate.”

“I want to congratulate all players on their nominations ahead of the 2026 PwC Camogie All-Stars Awards,” added Brian Molloy, President of the Camogie Association.
“The night is always a fantastic celebration of our game, and of the skills and athleticism of our players. After a remarkable 2026 season for our sport, I look forward to marking their achievements on 21st November.”
“Also, a huge thank you to PwC for their support of this event each year, and to the GPA for their partnership in the Player of the Year awards.”
“In what has been a historic year for Camogie, I congratulate all of the nominees,” said Tom Parsons, CEO of the GPA.
“The game is being driven to new levels by the extraordinary talent, athleticism and commitment of the players. Our Player of the Year nominees, in particular, have been recognised for their outstanding contribution to their team and for inspiring supporters across the country through their performances. They demonstrate the very best of Camogie and give us enormous confidence in the game’s future. Our thanks to PwC and the Camogie Association for their continued partnership, and we look forward to celebrating a memorable season.”

Sport for Business Perspective

The value of awards sponsorship lies as much in its longevity as in its visibility.

PwC’s extension this summer means its association with the wider All-Stars will extend beyond a decade, while its investment in the Camogie All-Stars builds an increasingly valuable connection to the growth and profile of women’s sport.

Unlike a sponsorship that peaks around one match, the awards platform generates a series of monthly awards, nomination announcements, player stories, the selection debate and ultimately the awards night itself.
