It is an important event for players as it is part of the world and European circuit allowing them to earn important world and European circuit ranking points.

“Badminton Ireland is very happy to have the support of AIG at our flagship Irish International event here in Dublin,” said Daniel Magee, Performance and Training Director of Badminton Ireland.

“As an all-inclusive sport that caters for all ages, we are delighted to work with AIG and TG4 to raise the profile of the sport in Ireland.”

“We would welcome anyone interested in witnessing some world class badminton to join us at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena, and I hope that everyone involved in the 2018 AIG FZ Forza Irish Badminton International has a positive experience.”
