Ireland’s Badminton stars get back to top-flight action in Kyiv today as the European Championships get underway.
Olympic hopeful Nhat Nguyen is a medal contender and a good performance will further fasten his chances of competing at the Tokyo Olympic Games in July.
Donegal natives Sam and Chloe Magee will also be competing for Olympic qualification points and looking to secure a third European medal following their success in 2018 and 2019.
Rachel Darragh competes in the Women’s singles and the mixed Doubles, alongside Paul Reynolds, who doubles up in the men’s Doubles alongside Joshua Magee.
Kate Frost and Moya Ryan in the Women’s Doubles make up the eight-strong team.
