The Irish FA, Ulster Rugby and Ulster GAA will all be involved on stage at our Business of Sport in Northern Ireland event tomorrow evening at the National Football Stadium, Windsor Park in Belfast.
Working in partnership with the NI Sports Forum we will hear from leaders across the sporting and business spectrum to see how Northern Ireland’s ecosystem has emerged from the past two years and how it is positioned to surge forward again.
We will discuss the advance of the Women’s Game and the broad partnership benefits of the Irish FA relationship with Patrick Nelson, CEO of the Irish FA.
We will be joined by Martin Geoghegan, Vice President of Ulster GAA to consider the benefits of two All Ireland Football Championships coming to Ulster in the past six months.
Mark Brooks of Ulster rugby will talk with us about how we have maintained engagement with fans and sponsors.
Ashley Morrow of Bank of Ireland will join us for insight on what a commercial partner is looking for from engagement in sport.
We will also have a first opportunity to hear from Richard Honeyford, recently appointed as the new Executive Manager of the NI Sports Forum.
It will be a great opportunity to meet in person and share learnings from the past two years that can guide us to a better future.
The event will take place in the Onecom Pat Jennings Lounge against the background of the National Stadium and we look forward to seeing many friends from 1830 tomorrow night.
Among those in the room will be representatives of Ulster and St Andrews Universities, Sport NI, Sport Changes Life, Sported, Belfast Giants, Odyssey Trust, Irish FA, Royal Yachting Association, NBC Sports Group, Law in Sport, Bank of Ireland, Ulster Rugby, Sporting pride, Athletics NI, 2Into3, Basketball NI, RYA Northern Ireland, NI Football League, Northern Ireland Futsal Federation, Swim Ireland, MCE, Inspirus Sports, Belfast City Council, FD Technologies, Clubforce, Rapid 7, Newry Chamber of Commerce, Ulster GAA, BSO, Sherpa, Sport for Business the NI Sports Forum and more.
