The main motivator behind keeping young people involved in sport is a social one, making friends and being part of a group. The Women’s U19 group at the European U19 Soccer Championships in Norway have beaten England, Spain and Sweden to make it to Thursday’s semi final. They stand on the brink of becoming our most successful international representative team. And yet they are still young adults having fun.
