Rassie Erasmus has been named as one of the keynote speakers at the second edition of the Leaders Lounge.
The Director of Rugby for World Champions South Africa has brought them from their worst world rank ever of 7th place in 18 right up to 1st in 2020, achieving the highest accolade in the sport.
As an inspirational leader, Erasmus has implemented structures that have fostered a culture of success in many clubs he has coached throughout his career including Munster, Stormers and Western Province.
His passion for rugby stemmed from a highly successful playing career when he captained both South Africa and Lions.
Erasmus will appear at Leaders Lounge, taking place on April 22nd in an online environment.
He will take a deep dive into his coaching pedagogy, management style and leadership philosophy. By identifying key skills and attributes, along with practical anecdotes, he will look to provide the learnings that led to his phenomenal success as a leader.
The Leaders Lounge was hailed as a great success when it took place for the first time in November 2020.
It was a reflection of the year in which it was created, delivered as a virtual hybrid event from the Royal Dublin Society with contributions from Stuart Lancaster, Lisa Fallon and Fiona Coghlan as well as Gavin and McGinley.
The event was brought to life by Titan Experience with support from Allianz, and Sport for Business was delighted to join in as a media partner alongside The Sports Chronicle, The Sunday Times and The Hospitality Partnership.
