Glenisk has signed a major new partnership with Offaly LGFA, adding to the one it signed last year with the GAA and Camogie Association.
It has also agreed to a naming rights partnership on what will now be known as Glenisk O’Connor Park in Tullamore, the County ground for Gaelic games.
They replace Bord na Mona on the stadium deal after they exercised a break clause five years into an original ten-year deal.
The organic yogurt business, from outside Tullamore, had to wait until 2023 to finalise the full partnership with Offaly LGFA as the ladies’ footballers completed pre-existing sponsorship commitments.
“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Offaly LGFA, as the final key piece in our GAA commitment to the county,” said Commercial Director Emma Walls.
“It’s important to us to support all codes, sexes and ages and we are looking forward to working together to promote the games in our home county.”
“The people of Offaly have given tremendous support to Glenisk over the years. We hope to repay that as best we can.”
Glenisk reopened its production plant in the county in February last year, six months after a fire had ripped through it, destroying 90 percent of its capacity.
