Kingsbridge Private Hospital Group have launched a new and dedicated sports membership for GAA and sports clubs across the island of Ireland.
Registration for clubs is free and it will be interesting to see the take up across clubs north and south of the border.
Once registered, all members will be able to avail of sports rates across physiotherapy and MRI, discounts on treatments and surgery, rapid access to same day x-ray, referrals, and a minor injury clinics at the Kingsbridge facilities in Belfast, Hollywood, Ballykelly and Sligo.
Additional resources and services that can be accessed easily through an online portal include a direct line to GPs and Physiotherapists with an ‘Ask a Specialist a Question’ feature and talks and pop-up events discussing important topics from healthy eating, cancer awareness, health checks, mental health focus’ and more.
The Kingsbridge Sports Fund is an added benefit which will allow clubs to apply for grant awards. This will help to provide financial support for equipment, training, and other necessary resources, should they meet the criteria.
Kingsbridge used its title sponsorship of the Irish News Ulster All-Star Awards to launch the new membership.
60 All-Star awards were handed out across the four codes as well as four Player of the Year Awards.
